Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible. The sun's rays are one of the contributing factors in aging skin. The worst time of day for sun exposure is 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. so if you must be out during those times using sun block can be beneficial in limiting your self from the sun's rays.
