HSBC Credit card offers for new credit card holders of HSBC India.

This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (hereinafter referred to as 'HSBC') and any participation is voluntary .This offer is applicable to prospective customers (applicants) who are being offered the HSBC Gold / Platinum Credit Card under HSBCs corporate acquisition campaign.
Cardholders will be eligible for the ticket voucher only after they have done atleast one purchase transaction on their credit card within 30 days of card issuance.
Eligible customers under this offer will be given 1 'Complimentary Air Ticket Voucher' which can be redeemed against the base fare of Kingfisher Class / Red from and to any serviced destination within India. The vouchers have to be used for bookings done through www.flykingfisher.com, before 10 days or more, prior to the date of travel.
The validity of the ticket voucher will be till 31st March 2011 and all dates of travel should be before this date. Any change to validity of the ticket voucher will be communicated separately.
Issuance of credit card is at the sole discretion of HSBC.
The credit card applicant will be eligible for the offer only when the credit card is issued. Should the credit card not be issued due to certain conditions which is at the sole discretion of HSBC, the applicant will not be eligible for the Complimentary Air Ticket Voucher.
The vouchers will be sent to the customers mailing address within 45 days of the customer making the first transaction on the new credit card.
Vouchers once issued to the applicant are the property of the applicant and HSBC will not be responsible for loss/theft of the Voucher after it is sent to the applicant.
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability or suitability of the merchandise offered as reward under this offer.
HSBC India will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer .
Balance transfer /cash withdrawal transactions will not be considered eligible under this offer.
HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time without prior notice.
The offer is subject to force majeure events.
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the applicant.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute any claim against HSBC.
