The architectural styles range from Tuscan, Mediterranean to Spanish style homes. The lots are large and the views of the valley are some of the best in North Scottsdale.
Some of the best deals in Silverleaf can be found in the Arcadia Silverleaf community. Here the homes are grand and large in square footage with lots sizes equal to the upper canyon and horseshoe canyon homes.Arcadia homes are located a little lower in the hills and the views are not as dramatic as you would find in the upper canyon area but home prices are dramatically different. Most homes in the Arcadia Silverleaf community will range from $1.5 - $2 Million dollars. There are approximately 130 Arcadia homes being built in the Silverleaf community.
