While away from home, some people might use various excuses to miss their regular training routines."I Don't know where I can train", "I can afford to miss out 3-4 days of training" and so on. If you are serious about your fitness, I am sure that missing one or more of your workouts will leave you with a feeling that something is missing, that you forgot to do something...

This article will help you with some tips & methods keep you fit wherever you might be staying:

First - Watch what you eat! Vacation doesn't mean that consumed calories don't count.

Many of us will look for something they know, something familiar. It will often be some sort of fast food like McDonalds, Dominos, KFC and so on..

We tend to forget how unhealthy all these foods are to our body.

try eating fresh local foods instead.

Secondly -check out your nearby fitness options.

For example, lets use Tel Aviv in Israel for this article - you can find this list of Gyms in Tel Aviv and see which gym is closest to you.

Third - in a big city like Tel Aviv, NYC or Berlin you can walk to almost anywhere in the city. Don't use the subway or bus for every move you make simply because you have a weekly ticket. I speak from experience, while I was in NY I burned a lot of calories by walking Broadway through and through.

Fourth - If there is a beach nearby, like in Tel Aviv, you can often find there some facilities free of charge. If for some reason that specific beach doesn't have those - you can always try jogging!

But the most important tip of all would be Don't forget to Have Fun!
