I tried for years to lose weight and get the six pack I always wanted so it ought I would share with you how I finally did it. These are just a couple of really basic brief tips that helped me lose some weight and improve my abs. When it came improving my abs I found that I had to lose the excess belly fat I had before I could see any improvement in my abs, that might sound obvious but most of my friends jumped straight into doing lots of ab workouts without first trying to lose some weight, all this did for them was push the fat more central. So when it came to losing weight I found that cardio workouts helped a little but not as much as I had hoped, my discovery was that whole body routines were much more affective at shedding the fat and all of my main muscles seemed to get a good workout too.

-Whole body routines will burn a lot of fat and you will notice the results much quicker, also all of your main muscles get a good workout.

-Cardio exercises will burn some fat but not enough that you would notice much improvement.

-Abdominal Exercises will make you ab muscles stronger but they won't really burn much fat, so you may build yourself a nice six pack but it will be hidden behind an unwanted belly.

Now I'm not an expert in weight loss or building muscle these are just some things that helped me lose my unwanted fat and get the body I've always wanted, I hope it helps you.
