* Muscular endurance - the ability of a muscle or muscle group to perform recurring movements with a sub-maximal force for extended periods of times.

The three most remarkable aspects that you should amend on are your cardio endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength. Concentrating on those three will have a advantageous effect on the other 2 and eventually help in achieving your top physical fitness. Too much fat not only tangles your weight but also negatively prompts the other fitness elements leaving behind in lustreless operation, ugly appearance and terrible health.

Factors such as speed, agility, muscle power, hand-eye coordination, and eye-foot coordination are classified as components of "motor" fitness. These factors most affect your athletic ability.
