A report from the global conservation organization, WWF(World Wildlife Fund) has suggested thatsince 1970 the pressure we exert on the planet has almost doubled and the natural resources upon which we depend have declined by more than 33%.
The current form of globalization has also been criticized forignoring sustainable development and environmental concerns. For many years, critics, NGOs, activists and affected peoples have been accusinglarge corporations for being major sources of environmental problems.
Today because of pollution,CO2,and because of many such hazardous gases it has resulted to Global Warming. Global Warming is a very serious threat to our way of life. Global Warming is an International Issue. The Green house gases are the main culprits of the global warming. The green house gases like carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide are playing hazards in the present times. Green House Gasses are the ingredients of the atmosphere that add to the greenhouse effect.The excessive emission of these gases is one of the major causes of Global Warming. The major source of carbon dioxide is the power plants. These power plants emit large amounts of carbon dioxide produced from burning of fossil fuels for the purpose of electricity generation.
There has been a considerable increase in the average temperature of earth in the past century. This rise in temperature is attributed to theeffects of global warming brought about by the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere
Buildings, both commercial and residential represent a larger source of global warming pollution than cars and trucks. A rise in earths temperatures can in turn root to other alterations in the ecology, including an increasing sea level and modifying the quantity and pattern of rainfall. These modifications may boost the occurrence and concentration of severe climate events, such as floods, famines, heat waves, tornados. Other consequences may comprise of higher or lower agricultural outputs, glacier melting, lesser summer stream flows, genus extinctions and rise in the ranges of disease. As an effect of global warming various new diseases have emerged lately.The global warming is extending the distribution of mosquitoes due to the increase in humidity levels and their frequent growth in warmer atmosphere. The effect of global warming will definitely be seen on some species in the water. Take for example the continued declining numbers of tigers, the largest of the big cats.
We are the people who are contributing to this unwanted rise in global warming and even the climate change.
There are some things which we all have to follow that can reduce global warming:
Reduce waste by choosing reusable products instead of disposables
Use of less heat and air conditioners.
Buy Energy Efficient Products
Encourage others to conserve
Off the switch before leaving that place.
Plant trees
It is very much necessary to take some actions and react towards it as God has made the nature so beautiful and bright, it is a gift to us and we should respect it and it is ruining so please save the nature.
