Tom Watson believes Tiger Woods' form is being affected by the mind games.
The eight-time Major winner, speaking at a press conference at Sunningdale Golf Club(Taylormade golf clubs), warned the world number one things will be very difficult from now on.
"He doesn't hear that absolute silence when he's playing anymore," said the 60-year-old.
"He mentioned that when he's playing his best, he hears nothing absolute silence.
"There are things going on in the mind there that makes it very difficult for him."
Woods has struggled for form since returning to the game after his much-publicised personal problems, including a disappointing 46th place finish at last weekend's AT&T National.
The 34-year-old played in the JP McManus Pro-Am on Monday and Tuesday before flying back to the States(cheap golf clubs). He will then return to Britain for the Open at St Andrews next week.
"I used to fly over five or six days early, simply to get used to the time difference," added Watson.
"But I don't think what he's doing is risky."

After a particularly poor game of golf, a popular golf club member skipped the clubhouse and started to go home. As he was walking to the parking lot to get his car, a policeman stopped him and asked, "Did you tee off on the sixteenth hole about twenty minutes ago?"
"Yes," the golfer responded.
"Did you happen to hook your ball (Taylormade R7) so that it went over the trees and off the course?" the cop asked.
"Yes, I did. How did you know?" the golfer asked.
"Well," said the policeman very seriously, "Your ball flew out onto the highway and crashed through a driver's windshield. The car went out of control, crashing into five other cars (Taylormade R7)and a fire truck. The fire truck couldn't make it to the fire, and the building burned down. So, what are you going to do about it?"
The golfer thought it over carefully and responded, "I think I'll close my stance a little bit, tighten my grip and lower my right thumb."
