This RFID card tag incorporates a convenient clip-slot for a lanyard and is specifically designed for personnel tracking and asset monitoring. It has passed Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) certifications.
This active RFID card tag, model 124012, can be mounted on a variety of items for tracking. It offers information including Customer Site Code, tag ID, tag age, counter value, movement alarm and tamper alarm status. This compact active RFID tag uses a collision avoidance algorithm to disperse the transmission around the mean repetition interval. Tag age is determined by reading a counter value and battery status can be inferred from this value. The tag life is estimated at 5 years at a transmission time interval of approximately 1.5 seconds.
