1. Trust your instincts! I know something good when I see it and so do you! When I heard the Dr's that created Proactiv, a billion dollar brand name, had a new company...and that this time they were offering independent business ownership to regular folks like you and me, I KNEW it was an opportunity that I couldn't pass up. Right away...gut reaction, I KNEW...trust that feeling.
2.Empowerment is contagious and may cause insomnia. Because we're the 1st with our products and 1st in the company, because we can build anywhere & as large as we want...I find myself losing sleep over the possibilities for my business, my team, and ultimately my family. Warning...if you want a low adreniline side hobby...this may not be for you.
3. The W-2 is overrated. We are now living in a 1099 world, and the sooner we ween ourselves from the false sense of security provided by a W-2 job, the sooner we will move from co-dependence to interdependence & reach our full potential.
4. You are FINALLY in control. You will never experience so much autonomy and creative freedom as you will in this business. You're in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Nobody can ever cap your salary, puta note in your HR file, freeze bonuses etc. You can never hit the glass ceiling...because there isn't one!
5. People matter. If you don't want any more friends, genuinely good people, cheering you on, working with you to create success..than Rodan + Fields is NOT for you. You gotta like people and truly enjoy helping others create success.
6. Branding is everything. For those of you that chose this business model in the past, with other products and companies and got burned...I am so bummed for you. Rodan + Fields is changing this industry. It's delivering on it's promises, attracting powerful, successful people to the business. I'm proof...I hope it's not to late for you to reconsider.
7.Wealth is created through leverage. We cannot get ahead by working for an hour/getting paid for an hour. All wealth in the US was created by leverage. It's time for you to use us to leverage yours.
8. It's not about the money. Despite what I said above about wealth...that's truly not what this is all about. It's putting yourself in the service of others- your team, your family, your community-That's the true value of this business.
9. This business is not for everyone. I will not take it personally if it's not for you. If I asked all of you to join me in my teaching career, many of you would run the other way because it's not right for YOU. Same goes here. However, if this intrigues you at all- youowe it to yourself and your family to learn all the facts before making a decision.
