A teacher is a link between a student and a book. They transfer the knowledge from books to student and convey the message of right education to the children. A teacher carries the responsibility to enlighten the minds of their students and show them the right path through correct knowledge and education. Being loaded with such heavy responsibilities they play different roles in order to provide what they have asked to provide.
A teacher can teach a number of students or a single student. When there is a single student the teacher is referred to as a tutor. A different teacher is assigned to teach a particular subject in which he has the correct knowledge. However some teachers have the capability to teach several other subjects at the same time. Teachers should always be in a stable state of mind to maintain fluidity in the teaching process.
Having the correct knowledge is not enough to distribute the correct knowledge. A student has a mind of his own, with that he understands things in his own way. A teacher should be flexible with its methods of teaching so that he meets the need to understand of every student. If a teacher knows in what way students will understand, improves his teaching skills and the barrier between communications degrades.
A teacher gains experience in time and grows in terms of knowledge in every day of his carrier. He should obtain the elements to mix in a student to bring out a concentrated solution to every problem. Qualifications for this job are not an issue but the needs a lot more than what you really are. Teachers have to interact with fresh minded students, who come up different questions every time with their new beliefs and it's not an easy task to answer each question.
