IsXperia is an MLM company that began conducting business in 2007. They are based out of Fort Myers, FL. Their motto is: Product focused People Driven. They have a variety of goods and services for sale including travel packages, health and skin-care products, a web design service, and health care packages. Although they are new to the MLM marketplace, their members are not. Many leaders have seen potential in IsXperia and have teamed up with them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You may be researching online trying to find out if IsXperia is right for you. When you are looking for opportunities in network marketing its important to keep a couple things in mind.
1. Would you recruit your mom into this business?
First off, dont ask your mom to be part of your business!! (I will describe how to avoid recruiting family and friends in a minute.) The point is that many individuals enlist with an MLM company with their sole focus on the money . Its extremely important though, that you have faith in the direction of your company, and support the products that are being sold. In a nutshell, your core values should match that of your prospective opportunity!! If they do not, you will end up having problems eventually, even if its unintentional. If you are ashamed to tell your own mother (assuming she's rational) about your business, maybe you should find another!
2. Is there a large enough market sector?
When joining a newer company such as IsXperia, you'll want to make sure that there is room in the marketplace for their products and services. Although the product should have little to do with your recruitment process, its better to swim with the tide than against it. There are many MLM companies selling vitamins along with IsXperia. and although there's a huge market for health supplements, the competition is fierce. Thankfully, IsXperia stands out by offering other diverse products and services as well.
IsXperia has been around for three years now and have already begun to add additional services. They are hoping their premier web design and hosting service, "id180", takes off. It is marketed to small business owners who want to take their business online. IsBenefits is also something members should definitely be excited about. This program grants discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. Most people are continally looking for and seeking the best price for healthcare benefits. If they provide a competitive service, "IsBenefits" could greatly improve their name-recognition and be a big seller.
Im not a member of IsXperias corporate staff, but I would assume they will continue to offer additional services and products as they grow to extend their reach into the marketplace.
HOW TO RECRUIT
The multi-million dollar question in network marketing is how best to recruit! A lot of upline leaders in IsXperia and many other companies may say that the best way is to ask your friends and family to join. This is simply not sustainable. It's not bad to ask some of these people to join your business, you should know the ones, but no matter how many friends and family members you may have, you are going to run out of prospects eventually.
A lot of network marketers struggle when building their business because of the lack of capable leads they encounter on a day-to-day basis. Of course, you can take a more agressive approach everybody you come across and pitch your opportunity. If you talk to a lot of people on a consistent basis, you will undoubtably reach out to some people. The majority will not be interested though. If you are like the most of us, this is an extremely painful and inefficient method to use.
OR you can use the Internet to reach out to people. With this method you develop a marketing strategy and learn specific skills to drive people to your site. There ARE people out there looking for information on network marketing ,you just need to be the one to give them the information! With these techniques, you can have people chase after you, instead of the other way around. Most people find its a much more effective and pleasant way to market their business and get an limitless amount of leads and recruits.
