Tip 2 You could use the local currency exchange offices at the airport or in the resort where you are staying. You may find that using your debit or credit card to get money from a cash machine will prove much more beneficial. But make sure that when withdrawing any funds from your account that you take out a large amount rather than several small ones at a time. Don't forget every time you do withdraw funds from your account there are charges to be incurred.
Of course if you do withdraw any large amounts don't carry these with you at all times, but keep them safe in your accommodation. Not only will this reduce the risk of all your money being stolen but of you spending it.
