What do I need to do so my Husband won't Cheat?

Oddly enough, more and more women are deciding to take preventative action so their husband's won't cheat. If you are one of the many women out there seeking advice now and investing a lot of time wondering what do I need to do so my husband won't cheat, then you're definitely in the right place.

Mental State is Everything

There are a lot of things about marriage and happily ever after that are mental. Mind games have gotten a bad rap over the years but there are some great mental games that will strengthen your marriage and help your guy think twice (or even three or four times) before he is willing to risk losing you by cheating.

The thing you need to know is that it isn't only his mental state that is important. If you are happy and in a good place mentally and emotionally, he's much more likely to be happy with you and your marriage. That means he'll be much less likely to stray.

How do You Keep him Happy at Home?

There are actually a few things you can do in and out of the bedroom that will keep him very satisfied at home with you. These are some of the things you might want to keep in mind when it comes to preventing your husband from cheating.

Give him variety whenever possible. This isn't entirely about sex. Keep his meals exciting. Do something new together every once in a while. Don't let your marriage fall into a rut. That is when boredom sets in and eyes, minds, and hands begin to stray.

Keep his appetites sated. This is about sex and food. It's hard to be grumpy and angry when he's well fed. A hungry man is an unhappy man. Don't put him on a diet just because you happen to be on one and learn to cook more than one or two dishes if you want to keep him from getting bored with the menu options. Sex is wonderful and usually not a problem early in the marriage. It's generally after the newness wears off that routines and boredom set in. Don't let this happen to you.

Verbalize what you want and need from him. He doesn't read minds. He's afraid to read yours. He doesn't even like to answer "guess what?" questions. What he wants is for you to give clear answers, make specific requests, and give precise instructions when you need something from him. He doesn't want to guess and he does not want to be expected to know what's on your mind. Tell him and you will both be infinitely more satisfied with the outcome.
