Cuponk Game

Hasbro has been hard at work on their latest outdoor game, Cuponk. While the game is recommended for those ages 9 and up, it can be played by anyone old enough to grasp the concept. Cuponk is scheduled to be released during the 2010 holiday season and there are 3 different versions of the game to choose from. You can pick the "Gorrilanator," "Let it R.I.P." or "El Campeon"Cuponk! This is a fun and challenging game that is a great way to get your kids off the couch and outside. It can be played by a single player, a few players or a large group, making it the perfect game! There are also expansion sets available for purchase as well. So, how do you play Cuponk?Regardless of which Cuponk version you have, the concept is the same with all of them. Basically, you are trying to successfully toss a small ball into a cup. The ball is similar to a ping pong ball. If you are successful and the ball goes into the cup, then it lights up and makes a unique noise. For example, for the Gorrilanator a gorilla sounds when the ball goes in; a 'crazed' wrestler sounds for El Campeon players and a zombie sounds for the R.I.P. game. The game includes a deck of instructional cards. These cards instruct players how they are supposed to throw the ball to successfully make the shot. For example, you may get one that says, "Bounce the ball on your knee twice and off the pavement once to make the shot," and that's what you have to do to get the points indicated. The game can be played both indoors and outdoors, but it's mainly intended for outdoor use. However, if played indoors, there isn't much chance that anything will be broken because the ball is a little heavier than a normal ping pong ball, but still pretty light. While the concept of the game is the same for all Cuponk models, they each are slightly different. For example, there is a ramp included with the Gorrilanator, a funnel with El Campeon and a backboard with the Let it R.I.P. game. Players are not just restricted to the moves on the cards as the game supplies suggestions to help players come up with their own moves. When a player misses the shot, it becomes the next player's turn. The game has a variety of benefits associated with it. First, it's a fun way to get your kids off the couch and doing something constructive, but it also does a number of other things. These include building hand/eye coordination, strengthening motor skills and develop cognitive ad creative thinking skills. All of these are important skills that children will use throughout their entire lives and Cuponk helps improve them in a fun way!If you're looking for a fun and interactive game for your children this year, but don't want to spend a lot of money then Cuponk is the solution. It is much cheaper than the highly-desired gaming consoles and does a lot to get children away from the television too! Hurry and get yours today before the 2010 holiday shopping season officially gets here!
