Law of Attraction Exercises
The following is an excerpt from a book called "Mystic in a Minivan" by Kristen White:
Law of Attraction to the law of Co-creation.
Our mind is the maker or our reality. Everyday our intentions send a magnetic message to the world. What we believe, we receive. For instance, if we think about gossip and drama everyday, youll draw more into your life.
Lets experiment with the Law of Attraction. Pick something you wish to expand in your life. Write it down, cut out a picture of it from a magazine, keep it in the forefront of your mind. Now, as you go about your business, try affirming every example of that quality or experience as it crops up around you. For instance, take a small goal, like exercising more, or walking the dog. Every time you see someone doing that activity, affirm that reflection back to yourself. Say to yourself I am at my peak fitness. My exercise routine is easy to maintain.
Make a vision board. Divide it into quadrants: Family, Career, Community, Spiritual Growth, Physical wellness, Finances, etc. What would you like to create in your life. Use photographs and words to demonstrate your abundance. Size of the vision board is immaterial. It can even be a note card that you carry in your purse.
Everyday, look it and feel it as if you have already experienced it. In the present moment we are always creating our reality.
