Times change and those that don't succumb to change often get eliminated and are soon forgotten. There is no way online Magazine publishing, that is so popular today, couldn't have come to Swaziland. The only magazine that has been prominent in the country is The Nation, which unfortunately doesn't have a website yet.
I, as the vision bearer for this new online magazine, have drawn the services of my wife as an editor and came up with the very first electronic magazine in Swaziland SOFT. I chose to differ by not addressing political issues, news and current affairs, but entrepreneurship online and with cell phones. Needless to say, I'm closing a gap in the market or more nicely put, I'm complimenting the already available publications. We all know that there is just no way I or any other person can substitute the Times of Swaziland because it is needed by the community in the country and even beyond. The only thing we can do is compliment it.
I have been waiting for this chance to let the world know that I'm presenting an opportunity for writers as well as marketers to explore another interesting market, entrepreneurship. The focus shall be on internet business and the use of cell phones to their best Fortunately, in July 2010 the first issue has been uploaded and ready for readers in the page Magazine.
