Worth softball gear is a new challenger in softball supremacy

I am becoming the expert on softball gear. This year the local softball league decided that it would provide all the softball gear for the teams except the softball mitts and softball batting gloves. Those would be for each team member to purchase themselves since they were size specific. Of course, the league would suggest softball batting gloves that they thought were affordable and of quality. Most of the children already had mitts. Parents didn't mind buying the softball batting gloves. They were happy the league was paying for everything else. The league was hoping to get more kids involved if the expense of the softball sports equipment was gone.

I quickly found out that the happiest parents would be those who had catchers for children. Softball catchers gear can be costly. It's mainly because there is so much softball catchers gear. You need a mask, a helmet, shin protectors, a chest protector and a catchers glove to fully have softball protective gear. The catchers glove would be the only glove the league would purchase. It was important for the softball catchers gear to be the best softball protective gear out there to limit injury.

The league was able to do all this this year since we had great sponsors. The sponsors donated a lot of money. On top of that, they purchased all the participants their own softball equipment bags. The softball equipment bags would have the name of the team's sponsor. It was great publicity. Plus, the softball equipment bags would have each child's name on it too. It was a special touch.

The league bought softball bags for each individual team. These softball bags had the team name and the team sponsor on it. I got a great wholesale deal on the softball bags, which was great. I had no idea how costly those softball bags could be. But you can't get the softball sports equipment out to the field without softball bags.

The next softball sports equipment I bought was softball bats. I got wood softball bats and metal softball bats mostly. I did purchase a few carbon fiber softball bats just to test them out. I have to say that this softball gear was our biggest investment. Following a close second was softball batting helmets. The trick to buying softball batting helmets by team and not child is to have the right size. I had a variety of sizes of softball batting helmets so I knew we would be covered. This really is an important part of softball protective gear.

What would softball gear be without softballs? I took a poll of the coaches from the previous year and they all said to go with the Worth softball. The Worth softball has a wonderful reputation of being sturdy and quality made. I worked directly with Worth softball to get what I wanted. Worth softball has some of the best customer service I had ever experienced. It was a happy day when the worth softball shipment arrived at my house. Lots of boxes. My house was starting to look like a softball gear store instead of a home.

The last softball gear I needed to get was sliding shorts. This, I found out, was considered softball protective gear. I don't know why they are considered softball protective gear, but I guess it's because the slider shorts are made specifically for softball players. The slider shorts came in a wide variety so our league's uniforms turned out very cute.

All in all I would have to say our idea worked. By the leagues buying the softball baseball equipment this year, we had more children sign up. You might consider introducing the idea of purchasing the softball baseball equipment as a group. I found that that is the best way to have the right softball baseball equipment at the best price.
