Goto Setting and click on import
choose blogger to import your post
follow the instruction and you are done importing
Now you have import you all Blog posts but importing blog doesnt mean that you have converted your Blogger blog to wordpress.Fully converted means that your previous link will redirect to your new wordpress link
Your new wordpress look something like www.xyz.com/?p=1 and your blogger url look something like this http://www.xyz.com/2010/11/post-title.html
You can change your wordpress permalink structure you can do same as your blogger one but both are bad for SEO
For Wordpress http://www.xyz.com/category/post-title.html is best Permalink structure to get this one goto Setting -> Permalinks->Custom Structure and type "/egory%/%postname%.html"
Now you have to download permalink redirect pluging from http://scott.yang.id.au/code/permalink-redirect/ install this plugin and activate it .
Now goto Settings -> Permalinks Redirect
You will need to add Old Permalink Structures add this "/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/"
Now you have completly converted your Blogger blog to Wordpress
