U.S. Postal Service (USPS) will celebrate the July 5, 2010 as the July 4 holiday because, although Express Mail, will be available there is no regular postal service and most post office locations, excluding the principal place in your area will be closed at night. The main branch will be open only to process Express Mail and some self-service kiosks in some areas of the United States.
