However if your customer base has now exceeded 10,000 then this is something to be proud of and tells potential customers that a lot of people already value you.

Ask your customers for their feedback and then publish this (with their permission) on a testimonials page. Keep this page regularly updated. This is a great way to get other customers to vouch for you and show they believe in you.

Once you have answered the nagging doubts from your potential clients you will find them more likely to buy your products or services.
