Arizona Premier Realty allows illegal aliens to occupy vacant properties

As a former agent with Arizona Premier Realty I was disgusted to find out that the Broker Brenda Ryan was allowing illegal aliens to occupy vacant properties listed by the company when the owners were out of town or non-resident. This has been going on for some time now.

When I was an agent with Arizona Premier, I wanted to show some of our rental listing, and after doing a search of our in-house rentals for a new client, I found several of our vacant listings to show which were listed by our broker Brenda. I then took my client out to see these only to find them occupied by non-english speaking mexicans. When I got back to the office, I went to inquire with the broker as to the status of them, and was told they were temporarily occupied. I asked when they would be available, and she said probably soon. I knew these were our listings, and wanted to get my clients into them. I then went to the associate broker/office manager Mandy Neat and asked her about them. She told me that Brenda regularly place homeless people from referred to them from their church in them temporarily. I asked Mandy how long would they be in there, and she said not too long, as they were really illegal immigarants, and just needed a place to stay unti they got moved to a newer location. I asked if the property owners allowed this, and Mandy said they were not told about them since they were out of state owners, and Brenda does their property management.

Mandy then asked me to keep quite about this as they were trying to help these people. I asked how long this has been going on, and she said for more than a year.I told her I didn't want anything to do with it. The sellers/landlords have no clue what is really going on with their homes since they allow Az Premier to do the property management.

I was so disgusted about this that After discussing it with my husband, I dedided to leave Arizona Premeir Realty and find a new brokerage to hang my license with. Their training program was terrible, the meetings were poorly run, and the Broker is extremely unethical in doing what she is doing. If you are an agent looking for a brokerage, I would recommend skipping Az premier if you want to stay out of trouble. It won't be long before they get caught at what they are doing.
