Interval Training - Fast Fat Burning - Reaching your fitness Goals (No GYM Membership needed)

Many people spend thousands ofdollarson gym membership every year, most of which they do not use. What most people do not realise is that the can use their bodies to optimally lose weight without the need to waste thousands on gym membership. The body is naturally built to expend energy and increase metabolism if certain movements are detected.

I will not lie to you, some of the techniques I am about to suggest are extremely uncomfortable. This brings us to interval training. Training in interval merely means pushing to your peak for as long as possible and then taking short recovery brakes. I will discuss a few types of exercise that work and tell you exactly how to do them safely. Before any exercise session stretch and warm up. Now for the exercise:

1. Walking: Do intense brisk walking (maximum) for about 5 minutes and then walk normally for 1 minute and repeat taking from the top. If you do not feel any change, discomfortor heat in your thighs after 2 intervals then you are not at your peak - pick up the pace (careful now don't get into a jog). Do this for about 30 minutes and incorporate 2 minutes for recovery (cool down) and you are done

2. Running: Similar to walking only more intense. Go on an all out sprint (pull out your last ounce of energy) for about 5 minutes and do a 3 minute recovery. Repeat and complete a 20 minute session and you are done for the day. The idea is to exercise for shorter session while burning a lot of calories (The acceleration from rest burns more calories and ignites your metabolism). I use to do this on the University sports field as few years back, now I live in a city with very little facilities so I bought a treadmill and vary the speed or use the interval training program (nowadays they have it). You can do what seems easier to you.

With this method you can do lunges (which are very good for a total workout, use dumbells for that extra burn), situps and any other physical exercise with short resting periods and you will be amazed how soon you reach your fitness goals. There also programmes online that can help you maximise you fitness

To great health.
