First thing that you should do after you get up from bed is that you should check your refrigerator. Yes we who cook check our refrigerator even before checking our mails. Once you do that make sure that you have a few essentials. Like you should have milk, a few vegetables, some bread, some eggs, or some meat. Anything from foul and poultry meat to beef or some other red meat will do.
Once done then you should check your spice cupboard and then decide on what to make for breakfast. But as a health conscious person I would recommend at least an hours work out before you have your breakfast. Once bake from your break fast put on your fire and boil some water.
Remember hot water is the most important thing that should be made available when you cook. Let the water boil and within that time take your shower (be quick) and then we are all set to cook our breakfast.
Breakfast should be easy to cook and it should be very balanced. And if your waistline is large then you should avoid fat, too much of carbohydrates or even red meat.
The best breakfast menu will have a bit of corn flakes with nuts and fruits and a bit of sweetened milk and then once over with that you can add to it a wedge or two of tuna, chicken or even had boiled egg sandwich followed by a cup of piping hot coffee or milk which will round it up perfectly.
If you are not a corn flakes person then you can have some oats. A bowl full of oat meal prepared with condensed milk and followed by a plate of toast and water poached egg is another substitute for a low fat and extremely nutritious breakfast. You can actually add some more black coffee or tea for rounding it up.
Some kids like to have chocolate flakes, they love it with milk and just make them happier by adding to it a few slices of low sugar brownie. To balance the diet boiled veggies like baby corn, capsicum, carrots and peas can be stir fried over a few drops of olive oil and seasoned with salt, tasting powder, and oregano and serve it with a slice of bread. Not only will this hearty meal keep your kids happy as the aroma is beautiful it is also a really healthy substitute of a heavy porridge which they try and avoid.
Some people like their breakfast to be heavy. They say it should be a regal meal. I would say It should be heavy but not with too much protein and carbohydrates. Instead it should be superbly balanced. For such a person I would recommend that they have at least an apple and then continue with beacon cheese and fried eggs with bread.
But nothing beats the best breakfast on earth. A poached egg and two slices of bread with a glass of fruit juice is perhaps the best breakfast on earth.
