Chef Gullage says that the City of Augusta was very instrumental in not only the recovery of Caf Orleans Catering, but also the recovery of his family.
"During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina our entire lives were flipped upside down, and top it off we lost everything. Then we landed in this wonderful City called Augusta Georgia and the residents welcomed us with open arms. With the love and support we discovered in this great city we were able to not just recover, but thrive."
