My only real complaint with this headset is the mute/chat switch in the talkback Cable which connects the X31 or X41 headset mic to the controller for XBOX LIVE chat.The design makes it nearly impossible to tell whether the switch is in mute or talk position.Some people don't mind this,but I have a problem with accidently screaming "colorful metaphors" while playing;so this is an issue for me.Good luck trying to adjust the switch without getting killed in the proccess.
Despite these issues,this is truly a great headset you will love hearing through.
