The new episode of Dexter Season 5 Episode 12 is entitled The Big One and it is Dexter Season 5 Finale and judging from the last episode and all what happened we are facing one of the most exciting episodes of Dexter so far if not the most one.
Dexter Season 5 finale -The Big One airs December 5, 2010 on Showtime.
As far as the last episode review goes there wasn't a lot of surprises for someone who is tracking Dexter series from the beginning of should I say, I wasn't much surprised cause the events that happened were pretty predictable ( in my opinion, they reveled to much in the preview clips, you could literally predict almost everything, it's either that or I'm a to much of a Dexter fanatic).
That's behind us anyway so let us proceed with the Dexter Season 5 Episode 12 preview..
The short one says that Dexter realizes he is being lured into a trap; Debra lets her personal feelings overwhelm her instincts; Quinn needs Dexter's help.
Now it's not much but it is enough to bring some conclusions of what happens in Dexter Season 5 finale.
First of all Dexter is heading to save Lumen and judging from his look from the end of the last episode, it is going to get nasty. By now Dexter relationship with Lumen had a pretty slow paste but in the last two episodes, spatially the last one (Dexter S05E11) it evolved to the point where Dexter seam to be truly in love with Lumen ( Lumen is in love with him to but that was no surprise with Dexter being her saver and all) but she is much more to Dexter then any women has been so far in his life-she is his partner , the only person who understands him and truly knows him ( even when Dexter was talking to little Harrison about his dad being a killer he said numerous times that he won't be able to do that much longer as he will soon understand what he is saying).
Dexter is in rage or better yet, he has reached the boiling point of rage which has been growing throughout Dexter season 5 and we can surly state that we haven't seen anything from the Dexter's neat monster in season 5-he has been everything but neat -he was reckless all the time and now in Dexter Season 5 Episode 12 he will be truly out of control.
Quin really got him self in a bad situation with Liddy he tried to get out of but unfortunately for him I highly doubt it will go well except Dexter somehow helps him -preview almost states that Quin needs Dexter's help and we all know what a mistake on Dexter's part was not to take those pictures of him and Lumen from Quins apartment while he had a chance -Now those pictures are the only thing that connect him and Lumen to the rape club murders and Quin has them. It's probably in Dexter's best interest to help Quin but how considering that Quin made a phone call second after Dexter killed Liddy and that he got Liddy's blood on his shoe-that makes Quin look very good for the fall for Liddy's murder.
And Debra and that thing about her letting her personal feelings overwhelm her instincts , what does that mean? It could be about Quin or about Dexter or even both.
I personally don't thing Deb is going to find about about Dexter's secret hoby' in Dexter Season 5 finale and that what we can see in Dexter Season 5 Episode 12 The Big One trailer clip when it seams that she's pointing her gun to Dexter holding a knife is just staged for the trailer but I could be mistaking but if it really happens then Dexter will probably make a diversion similar to when he was caught in Trinity's house without his vest on and he past as he just came first but we'll have to wait and see Dexter S05E12 Finale to know.
