After you have engaged in a light conversation with the person that will be conducting your interviewing session, the individual will then ask you a simple question that they want you to be able to arrive at an answer to. The individual will watch you as you try to answer the question at hand and provide you with any additional information that you may need in order to arrive at your final conclusion.
