Failure doesn't have power to stick to you except you embrace it. Unfortunately, many people ate failure to a point where the get into depression, which can lead to a breakdown in health.

There are two factors to consider when failure or tragedy occurs.

1. The substance or things that you may have lost such as properties, money, relationship e.t.c

2. The experience: Many people focus on the loss rather the experience they ought to gain from their situations, that is why they heart. When failure occurs, what should occupy your mind most is the lesson to learn from it? That is one of the benefits of failure. If you make the most of the experience, you will soon recover whatever substance you have lost. You can turn into an opportunity to create something better than what you have lost. So, when something is lost, let it remain lost, otherwise you may get lost with it if you bemoaning the loss. The object may be irrecoverable, but your experience becomes an eternal asset.

Failure is success in disguise, it is a camouflage you put over your success. So, each time failure occurs, it is an indication that success is in view. Ask questions like: "what am I not doing that I ought to do?" "What can I do to rectify this situation and avoid a reoccurrence?" These and more helps you to find solutions and before you know it, you will excel.
