Getting More RepresentativesFor Your Network Marketing Opportunity

So many times in MLM does one get so close to enrolling another rep, yet it never occurs. Why is that? Why can a prospect sound so curious about your business, yet never pull the trigger and sign up? It leaves you baffled and confused. You may think you announced the incorrect thing, oversold them, or they just lost interest.

The truth is, you simply simply never asked them for the sale. Many times within the network marketing industry you will come near to getting that next rep and they sound interested and they're going to join you, but you just have not asked them to buy or sign up.

We're all used to purchasing different things. Even in desires such as groceries we are consistently being asked to buy something ; if it is from that fancy demonstration of fruit when you walk, that roast that is half off back in the meat section or that candy bar sitting by cash register that claims two for a dollar. In each example we are being asked to get that item. Not verbally by a sales associate, but by the print advertising on display next to the item.

The same in network marketing if it is doing a presentation at a hotel or talking to a prospect on the telephone - you have to ask for the sale. As an example at a hotel meeting at the end of the presentation you'll pass out clipboards to everyone in the audience with an application and a pen. You will indirectly be asking for the sale as you will physically be handing the individual an application form.

A direct or verbal ask for the sale works even better because it needs to have a verbal response and dialogue as well . It permits your prospect to raise questions to overcome beef as well as continue to build accord. The verbal ask may also be accomplished in both a physical setting like a hotel / home meeting, or one on one meeting as well as over the telefone.

Some of my favourite verbal points to ask for the sale include : "Are you prepared to start now?" and "Based on what you just saw in that short presentation do you see any reason at all not to go ahead and get started."

It's going to be very uncomfortable for somebody that hasn't got a sales setting to become comfortable asking these questions. That is OK, just keep doing and you will make sales and it'll become comfy. The whole reason you had a prospect watch a presentation was to enroll them in your enterprise so it makes unqualified sense to go forward and ask them to join.
