Different Types Of Reps In A MLM Opportunity

Everyone has different character types and goes about conducting business in a variety of ways. This isn't to point out one individual's way of conducting business is wrong or right. The problem begins when you let your own character dictate the results that you have in your network marketing business. There are lots of different sorts of network marketing reps, but these 3 are the ones I see most frequently.

The preparing Person

This first person is typically seen as someone that is staying productive but is not seeing any sort of results in their business. That is because they are constantly trying to learn different things about their business, attending that next training, reading thru another eBook, or sorting & re-sorting their contact list. These folk are consistently doing different things in their business that seems to be productive, yet never get to the guts of the business and get people to watch a display.

The Complainer

The complainer is the person that is constantly calling their sponsor for help, but will never follow thru on any directives given to them. They may also notice that as time goes by they lose contact with any person in their organisation and begin griping that no one is around to help them. That's because they are constantly bitching and not manufacturing. This person is known to bitch about any aspect of their business and will start blaming any person possible for their lack of success. They might also begin blaming the company or the products as well . Truth is, the sole person responsible is themselves.

The Go-Getter

The last sort of common network marketer is the go-getter. This is the individual you see at the events receiving awards, giving shows, and making the money. The go-getter puts aside all excuses to get their hands mucky and getting to work. This person will do training, but then take what they learn and place it into action. They may constantly be working on their business and give a "win or die trying" perspective. They lay all of their cards out on the table and make it a grit to achieve success.
