Samsung UN55C6500 - You Will Love this 55 Inch TV

Up to now this TV is a spectacular purchase; I'm extremely very pleased of this choice. The picture quality could be the best I've ever observed. I see little for you to no light leakage with this TV, even on "credit" scenes that are fitted with white text on a new black background, and even in a very dark room. The blacks are jet black and also the picture and resolution are only unbelievable. I have not nevertheless seen any "flash lighting" or "clouding" that some other reviewers have experienced, though I'm told this may vary greatly by panel so it's a little a lottery with any LED.

Although the Auto motion Plus looks great on (gives the picture your Soap Opera feel to it which makes it look a little very real). I personally set my Verizon prepaid phone for Clear (or off in case you prefer) as it leads to more picture quality problems to me than it is really worth and plus I can't get accustomed to it. Maybe once I mount the set I may give it another try and see if I can get used.

Please note the fact that TV will never display 120 Hz from the TV info bar that appears for the top left corner. This displays the resolution that a TV is receiving from the set-top-box, DVD, etc but will always display 60 Hz rate and the resolution (720, 1080i, 1080p). That isn't the Rate the arranged is processing/displaying. You might be assured that the set is outputting 120 Hz.

I connected a wired internet (CAT5e) cable into the set and downloaded many of the widgets and upgrades desired. YouTube widget work completely and I wasted a fantastic hour before I seemed to be done. (Can watch these shows in small window or perhaps full screen (although a bit pixilated) I haven't used facebook or Netflix yet but will down the road as it is pretty easy and convenient.

I haven't used the DLNA feature an excess of as I have dedicated Media player that hook up with my NAS. However used to do try it and quickly saw my NAS and PC (had to run Samsung PC Share Manager).

There is an iPhone app with this series that let's you control facets of your TV (makes them easier to type words about the screen (YouTube, facebook, etc). TV and iphone need to be using the same router. Not the most thing but kinds with cool.

The greatest thing is this TV has SO many settings can you can tweak it for your liking.

Overall, I really love this TV and you should you this Samsung UN55C6500. I'm sure that you love this TV.
