1. First you need to realize that you are just as good as anyone else. If you don't value your own self then nobody else will value you for sure. You got to learn to realize that you are just as good as anyone else out there.
2. Step out of your comfort zone to increase your self esteem. Fixing self esteem issues is all about improving. In order to improv you are going to have to step outside of your comfort zone. Perhaps your shy and you need to start talking to more people!
3. Look your best! Do your best! Looking and doing your best will make you feel your best which will make you feel more confident.
I think a lot of people worry about what other people are thinking about them. As far as I can tell this is a huge mistake because you will never be perfect in everyone's eyes. People are always going to disagree with you so stop trying to be perfect for people. You cannot please everyone so you might as well by yourself.
Worrying about what other people think about you is a dead end road trust me. Break out of that cycle and others will start respecting you more and you will feel more confident too!
