Always overclock with step by step increasing value of voltages .Use software application to overclock your processor dont go with bios first check with benchmark application capacity of your configuration.use 3dmark and cpuz to overclock after each change restart pc and check that it working stable if yes then go for further value increment
To overclock your processor you will have to download and install RivaTuner. It is a freeware program which is designed to overclock a CPU. It is quiet easy to work with it. Install it and select your processor. Then it will show you a ruler in which you can move the tab to increase the processor speed. But before overclocking you must understand that if it done improperly or if your processor does not support then you can burn your cpy, you system can die and many more ill effects.
