If you are at home, why not start the day by making a fruit salad and keeping it in the fridge. When you are tempted to snack, put a few spoonfuls in a bowl and eat it. Delicious and healthy too.
Junk the Junk
Junk food manufacturers know how to make you crave their products and fill them with artificial chemicals that will make your body crave more. But we all know that too much junk food is bad for us. It's high in fat and high in calories.
Many people use the excuse that junk food is "fast" food and they don't have time to cook healthily. Or claim that junk food is cheap and they can't afford to cook healthily. Both of these are erroneous claims, made to make the overweight, junk food addict feel better about themselves.
