The best technique which can be followed in case of different customers is first an executive should listen to the customer and then acknowledge followed by asking a relevant question and finally resolving the issue. Satisfied and happy customer can be an advocate for the company and can be a source for growing any organization's business. Here being advocate means that they will recommend your services to others if he or she is well satisfied with your service and support. After sale service is the essential part in creating a good customer base.
