This will help to generate harmony throughout your business.

Many feel that a degree is beneficial, however, not a necessary requirement for those Black Belts that meet most of the other criteria.

When selecting a Black Belt you should take into account the overall person and not just their level of expertise of Six Sigma. Six Sigma training will provide the right individuals with the tools they need to be successful Black Belts.
