Remember that you want to work on developing muscular strength and keeping a steady gait as much as possible. Motion control shoes can help you with this process, but doing repeated muscular exercises to develop hip and leg strength are also important. Keep in mind that you should develop a solid stretching routine as well, so that your muscles are always warm and ready before performing exercise.
