Depending with the situation,some may take it lightly or reject it,at times leaving the apologies with a senes of dejection.Nomatter how we may try to be perfect at one point we have to say sorry to get it from someone.But how really is sorry?When should it be taken?How can one tell if its sincere and genuine?
