The next step is to continue helping your 3 Team Leaders to duplicate your actions and elevate themselves to Team Coordinators.Once they have achieved this you will have reached the rank of Sale Director and at this rank you will receive 20% commission on business you generate (along with many other benefits). This strategy is all about helping others in your organization and this is very rewarding for everyone involved.
Strategy-5 will help and teach you and in turn you help and teach others..and so on. This is called duplication and it's very powerful and it is not difficult.
