Nutrition Is Important Especially On Your Fat Burning Diet

Nutrition is important, always. You can get away with a few years of junk foods, lots of caffeine and sugars when you are younger, but this lifestyle will gradually start causing problems. So why not skip it altogether? If you are currently on or contemplating a fat burning diet, then you are feeling the effects of thoughtless eating and a slowing of your metabolism. Here are a few tips to get you back on track.

Reducing calories is most effective if you start eliminating the white flour based foods. Breads, crackers, cookies and all that. Even at the Subway locations, you can get any order put into a salad plate for a lower price ironically, when it is a much better meal.

A drive -through burger can be wrapped in lettuce but you must give up those fries! French fries are double larded and double deep fried, with chemicals and sugars. MSG and lots of salt adds to the flavors. MSG changes the way your brain works I do not understand why it is not considered a drug.

Well, yes I do. Kind of for the same reason there are ongoing attempts to call vitamins drugs but that is a political topic.

For breakfast at home, try a couple of poached eggs keep the yolks soft. When hardened, the yolks lose the enzymes in them to properly process the fats. But when left soft, your liver can use these fats and turn them into the correct hormones in your body, so you don't have unused fats circulating in your bloodstream. If you really miss the toast, buy a flour-less organic multi-grain bread, the more grains the better in the combination, unless you have grain allergies. These sprouted breads are full of nutrition, including proteins. Scrape a half a teaspoon of REAL butter on the toast and enjoy!

Choose salts carefully. A naturally mineral containing sea salt is far superior to common table salt. You will not retain water with sea salt, and your blood plasma will be well mineralized. Sometimes these sea salts cake a bit, because they do not have chemicals added to prevent that. Throw a few rice grains into your salt shaker and the salt will flow freely.
