I travel a lot and two cats. My wife is always complaining and smell, even if (different) the smell of cat litter (absorbed) and electrical auto coop field. I can not say that the smell was completely gone, but much better, especially when passing through the window for a few days without any changes. Proof of my wife stopped complaining. What could be more convincing? Recommended for this application, no question. Probably good for other problems, like the smell, but not from direct experience. Low price makes this the jump relatively low risk.

Excellent little device!!
I was surprised to see that a lot of people's reviews were based on putting this item near their litter boxes. The litter box is my exact same problem. We recently switched our cat's box to the pine litter, and it seems to retain the smells. Trying to avoid having to literally dump all the litter out once a week ($$), I looked for something that would stop the smell from wafting through my house.
I received my Ionic Pro Mini Air Purifier yesterday and plugged it in immediately. Within 20 minutes there was a noticeable difference. Fast forward to the next morning, the odor is gone!! I can't believe it works that well! I'm really excited about it, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a small area that needs constant refreshing of air. Completely worth the little bit of money!

I bought this for our computer room. We keep the cat litter box in the closet in this room, and the whole room used to smell like the cat box. Now I smell nothing. Its amazing how quickly this removes the odor from the air. It runs very quietly, and the nightlight is very handy. Its easy to clean, usually about once a week. Its in an average-sized room and it does a great job.
Very good for very small places
Nice little guy. Its good in our very small bathroom. No more musty smell after we put it in. Not bad at all for the price. It emits a little bit of Ozone too. I love that smell.

I recommend this to anyone who has a stinky closet or a slight must odor in your bathroom!
Does the Job
This is the second one of these I purchased. When you walk near it the air smells like you walked past an open window. I have a dog and three cats. I also smoke. I put one in the kitchen and one by the couch. It helps a lot. The only draw back is that you have to wipe the rods often.
