Yippy making candles at home how fun, now lets not waist any time and begin this fun task that awaits us. So you are going to firstly need to take your large pot and place your cookie cuter inside, now fill the large pot with about two inches of water and place it on the stove. Set the stove to medium to high and wait for a couple of minuets for the water to begin boiling. After you see that the water is boiling you are going to take the medium pot and place it inside the large pot on top of the cookie cuter.
Take your block of wax and throw it into the medium pot as the wax begins to melt set the stove to medium to low, and using your wooden spoon begin to stir the wax. After you see that the wax is completely melted remove the pots from the stove, you are now going to need to allow the wax to cool down till it is almost about to begin setting. Now take your balloon and fill it with water not to much as you wouldn't want the balloon to pop, you are now going to tie up the nozzle of the balloon.
You are now going to take your balloon filled with water and dip it into the candle wax, and then remove it quickly. You will need to do this till the shell of wax around the balloon is about 1cm thick. After the shell is thick enough you will need to pop the balloon and remove it from the shell. Now you should have an empty shell of wax, so you are going to pour a little bit of wax into the shell and roll it around to help thicken the shell on the inside. Now take your candle wick and place it into the shell and pour the wax into the shell, make sure that the candle wick remains centered at all times. After you have filled the shell you are going to need to let it set for about 2 to 3 hours. Then you will need to trim the candle wick so that there is only about 6 cm sticking out the top.
