Offering unique cocktails creations by acclaimed mixologist Dale DeGroff, head bartender of famous Rainbow Room's "Promenade bar" and creator of the Cosmopolitan Martini, the Martini Bar of Belvedere Hotel in Mykonos promises the best cocktails-making presentation and sensational tasting experiences including Dale DeGroff exclusive signature cocktails such as Yuzu Bee, After Hours, Coctel Iberia, Purple Orchid, 5 Senses, Blue Moon Cocktail, Flame of love Martini, Green Tea Mojito, Don's "Tiki" Punch.
The bar's design concept, created by renownedDavid Rockwell Group NYC who is also behind the stunning architectural design and concept of the Belvedere Hotel itself, is based on the Pandora Box idea, since it is created in a box-like structure that opens on a luxurious yet theatrical bar, where all protagonists, including the bar tenders and performers will move in a choreography performance, inspired by a dance piece named "Vasos" by the Brazilian dance choreographer Deborah Colker.
At the Martini Bar, all Belvedere Hotel's staff wears uniforms by fashion designer Neil Barrett, which are specially designed in order to match the luxury hotel's earthly, minimalist and elegant environment.
