How do you prepare yourself for a job interview? Candidates that had done their preparation are better off than those who are not. To external candidates out there, we want to tell you that when we conducting an interview, we are looking to 4 most important criterias from each candidate during a job interview:

1. Personality - we want a candidate who is nice, not arrogant and stubborn. We want people who can work in a team, adaptable and able to carry out the task.

2. Appearance - does not mean you have to be beautiful, but must looks clean and active. Some of the candidates seems really lazy.

3. Honest - when we asked questions within the same subject, the answers are consistent.

4. And passion of the candidates. They are passionate to join our service or business.

Some interviewer may require different characteristics of candidates. In terms of education, most employers look for people who have at least a bachelor degree. Some may consider diploma holders. But having a highly qualified candidate does not guarantee the candidate is capable doing the work. There are more than that.

Having work experience related to the job position is also a plus. This tells the interviewer that they do not have to supervise with heavy supervision on the candidate.

Majority of people have a misconception that their education and experience are the most important factors that determine their application is successful. In general, 70% of the candidates success in landing the job is relates to their personality and attitude as stated in 1, 2, 3 and 4.
