1976

A private firm for the production of flowers and flower seedlings is founded by Ivica Todori

A countrywide distribution network is established as the first greenhouses for the flower production are built

In the first year of operation, the firm quickly developed and employed more than fifty people

1977 - 1988

The market leader in the trade of flowers is Agrokor

Import and export of cereals, oil-crops, fruits and vegetables begin to flourish, bringing profit and expansion to the business

1989 - 1991

In 1989 the joint-stock company Agrokor was registered

Soya crushing plant in Zadar is acquired

Agrokor becomes engaged in the construction industry

1992 - 1993

Ownership shares are acquired at Jamnica and Agroprerada

Foundation of the hunting area Lovno gospodarstvo Moslavina d.o.o.

Reconstruction and commencement of production at Jamnica, that was destroyed in the war

Acquisition of majority shareholdings at Zvijezda and DIP Turopolje

Margo, a new margarine brand of Zvijezda is developed

Konzum joins the Agrokor group

1994 - 1995

Acquisition of majority shareholdings at Ledo, Konzum, Silos-mlinovi, Bobis and Solana Pag

Acquisition of Jaska vino d.d. on whose premises the production of juices and high-quality wines under the Podrum Mladina brand is located

The Juicy brand gets a new juice production plant

The construction of the distribution center begins, the biggest investment project of Agrokor so far

Silos Mlinovi and SRC Andrijaevci registered as PIK Vinkovci d.d.

Ledo riba (Ledo fish) is introduced

2000 - 2001

Agrokor owns a 97,4% share of Sarajevski kiseljak

EBRD loan worth 170 million euro to Agrokor

Agrokor opened the largest Distribution center in Croatia and the region

Ledo itluk is founded in itluk, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Konzum enters into buying up fruits and vegetables in the Neretva valley together with the company DAD Mala Neretva

Konzum establishes the Wholesale Centers Division

Ledo accepts strategic business cooperation with Irida from Daruvar on the distribution and production of frozen fish

Agrokor organizes production of first ECO-CHICKEN in Croatia

The Agrokor Group has become the owner of the majority share package (55.49 per cent) of Frikom a.d.

Jamnica natural mineral water was awarded the EAUSCAR as the best natural sparkling mineral water

Agrokor acquires 51% capital share of TP DC Sarajevo

Jamnica's flavored water Jana strawberry/guava awarded with an EAUSCAR in Paris

The ice cream industry makes significant investments in new production and distribution (itluk, Sarajevo, Belgrade, Zagreb, Maribor)

Frikom's debt refinanced by EBRD loan in the amount of 13.1m euro

Konzum invests significant funds in the refurbishment and purchase of new sales outlets
