When you are looking for opportunities in the internet business industry you might have seen a lot of articles and content about leadership.
Now you might also ask yourself why leadership is so important to all those people marketing their products online. "Isn't it sheer of luck that I don't have to actually meet people in real life to try to convince them to buy my products?"
Well, no.
Because that is not how it works.
People are actually looking to 'meet' real people on the Internet. So many people are looking for 'friends', 'buddies' and 'followers' via Social Media like Twitter and Facebook.
Because in the end there are only two kinds of people we trust.
Friends & People in authority.
Once you have peoples trust it becomes a lot easier for you to talk to them, and it becomes a lot easier for them to pay you money, since they trust it's well invested money.
Social Media gives us the opportunity to become friends with our (potential) customers. It's easy! But to become a leader on the Internet is not so hard either!
You just need to be a leader.
People don't trust websites without pictures, Twitter accounts with an image of a dollar bill, or Facebook Pages with images of beautiful ladies in swimming suits. People want to see a leader. Somebody who's not shy to put his pictures on the web. Somebody who's not shy to record himself in his office or on a walk with the dog.
The rules of leadership are the same for ages! Being a leader on the Internet nowadays isn't any different from how is was to be a leader of a castle in the middle ages.
