Air Conditioning Vaporization for a Cool Atmosphere

Evaporative air conditioning is best used in regions with comparatively hot with low humidity weathers. Although this machine does not give the output any air conditioner may produce, it relevantly reduces the room temperature to normal. The main difference between it and the air conditioner is basically in the way to deal with vapor. While air conditioning works by compressing vapor, evaporative air conditioning depends just on the vapor release to cool the surrounding atmosphere. The work principle for this machine is so simple. Its main parts are a water container, a small water pump with a tube to take water up, fiber pads at the two sides of the container, a fan to pump out cool air as well as some other related parts.

When switched on, the pump carries water to the top where it starts to drip on the two wood wool pads at both sides. The fan in turn stirs up this water, and turning it into vapor, it begins to flow through the top. The cool breeze is gained from two places, the fan moving the outside air which enters through the open area on both sides, and also by the cool top part of the unit where vapor is released.

These evaporative air conditioning machines can be used in ware houses, rooms, offices, commercial areas and many other spots.

Cons and pros of the evaporative conditioning system

Just like any other invention, this machine has many advantages and also many disadvantages as well. Being an economical cooling method is one of the main pros this cooling unit has. This comes out of the low voltage it needs to operate; by the 1.5 KW per hour, this machine saves your money. Among many other good features this cooling system enjoys are its low price compared with other air cooling units, it is fit for use in a wide range of world wide areas since the biggest part of the earth has mainly a dry climate.

On the other hand, there are a number of cons that a user may notice when using this cooling unit. One of these disadvantages is the high rate of humidity this machine produces can cause a lot of humidity in the air and this has many effects on the human health especially on the respiratory system. Another effect of the high humidity concentration is on the electrical machines around causing them to shortly damage.
