Man's best friend just made his master a whole lot happier.
Two Swimtown Pools entrants recently won the grand prize in the Swimtown Pools Pet Video Contest. The contest, which ended at midnight on June 30th, tasked participants with creating a funny, entertaining and amazing video of a pet performing unusual feats or displaying funny habits in or around the pool.
The contest featured eighteen videos created by people across the country. The majority of the videos contained dogs executing different jumps into the pool, or dogs doing funny things by the pool. One of the winning videos even featured a dog floating on a raft in a pink polka dot bikini.
All videos were required to have "Swimtown Pools Pet Video Contest" in them, and participants were required to join the Swimtown Youtube group designated for the contest.
YouTube users FilmBadgerVideos and DrakeDem were announced the dual grand prize winners of the contest after an overwhelming response of entries. Both entrants submitted a video of their dog in the pool. The winners will each receive a $250 grand prize. The first ten submissions in the contest also received a Fandango coupon code worth $10 courtesy of GiftZip.com.
