Hi, I am MichelHi, I am Michel. I am very fond of photography. Three years ago my husband gifted me a digital camera. I was so happy and thrilled with the idea of taking pictures wherever I want. Since then I used to take pictures when we would go out on weekends or when we would have a get-together. I would save all the pictures in my computer and would get the prints for the best of the collection.

For this I used to got to a market which is quite far from my place; however I never considered that to be a problem. This year when we had the Thanks-giving party at our office, I took my camera and also my album there.

I showed my album to everyone and everybody appreciated my work. One of my colleague asked me how do I get the photo prints and I told him about the place where I go for the photo prints. He suggested me to buy a nice printer instead of going to a shop as it would be very convenient for me. Though, I had a printer at my home but that was not a colored one. I found his idea very meaningful and decided to buy a printer.

The next day I bought a Dell printer and was very excited with the idea of getting the prints done at my own home. I thought that my problem of going to a distant place for my hobby is over. I reached home but then I came to know that there was another problem standing my way. I somehow connected the printer to my computer but did not know how to install the Dell printer driver. I thought I would have to wait till my husband arrives from office as men are usually good with such stuff. When my husband came from his office I told him about the problem.

He installed the Dell printer driver with the help of the CD which I got with the printer. But alas there was yet another problem this time. The printer was not showing up on the computer. Even my husband had no clue about this new problem. Then he called one of his friends and asked him for the Dell printer support. His friend suggested him of some company which provides remote assistance to any computer related problem. He gave a toll free number to my husband and suggested that we call and buy a subscription from this company to get online assistance for the problem not only for this time but also for any problem in future.

My husband called on the number and soon he was talking to a tech-expert. My husband asked if he could give us the support for our Dell printer. The tech-expert told that he can very well solve the problem and asked my husband to provide him with some details of our Internet connection, the log in ID, its password etc.

We decided to furnish him all the details as my husband's friend told us about how satisfied he was with this company. My husband told this person that he had an idea about the company and that he would like to buy the subscription. After we paid for their fee, this guy took some 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem. And then in some another 20 minutes, he was done and I could see my printer working perfectly. Finally I was so happy. I would like to thank this person and his company.
